With a registered capital of 10 million yuan, the project is mainly constructed with an annual output of 30000 tons of steel wire and 10000 tons of springs, with a total investment of 0.12 billion yuan and a planned construction area of 8000 square meters. The project uses water quenching, uniform temperature furnace and other domestic advanced production technology, can produce different models and specifications of steel wire and spring, the annual operating income of 0.15 billion yuan.

The company is an advanced manufacturing enterprise engaged in the production and processing of spring steel wire. At present, it has domestic advanced spring steel wire quenching one-step forming production line, electromagnetic induction through heating, tempering heat preservation and extension line, temperature control probe induction, and advanced experimental equipment (1000KN hydraulic universal testing machine, metallographic analyzer, eddy current flaw detector, etc.), which provide a strong guarantee for the high quality of the company's products.

Business II: (hot coil spring)
The company has strong technical force, complete testing equipment, excellent product quality, and standardized enterprise management. It mainly produces and sells compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, which are widely used in various supports and hangers, construction machinery, valves, automobile tower springs, mining machinery, and railways. And many other fields. The company has the domestic advanced, the province's largest spring hot coil one-time forming production line, automatic continuous uniform temperature tempering furnace, automatic feeding end heating hydraulic grinding equipment, computer-controlled automatic spraying production line and other high-end equipment.
